2, electric furnace heating method
The bearing is placed in a closed automatic temperature control furnace for heating, this method heating uniform, accurate temperature control, and heating quickly, suitable for a batch of heating a lot of bearings occasions.
3, induction heating method
This method uses induction heaters to quickly, reliably and cleanly heat the bearing to the required temperature, this method is especially suitable for those occasions where the inner ring is tightly matched, but also because the inner ring is heated only, and the outer ring is heated very little, so that it can be easier to install on the shaft, and it is easy to load into the seat hole.
4. Tank heating method
This method is a widely used traditional heating method, a metal mesh is set 50 to 70mm from the bottom of the oil groove, the bearing is placed on the net, and the large bearing is suspended with a hook. The bearing is not suitable for placing directly at the bottom of the groove to prevent the local heating temperature of the bearing that contacts the bottom of the groove from being too high, or the dirt deposited at the bottom of the groove from entering the bearing. The points of attention of the oil tank heating method are as follows: non-corrosive mineral oil with good thermal stability should be used, and it is best to use transformer oil (mechanical lubricating oil can also be used), and the oil and container should be kept better clean. The capacity of the oil tank should be determined by the size of the heated bearing and the amount of oil, if the container is too small, in continuous operation, the temperature of the bearing oil will soon drop, and the effect will be bad.
02 Main points of bearing heating installation method
1, the temperature of the bearing heating should be controlled well, the temperature is too high, the bearing may be damaged, the temperature is too low, the expansion of the ring may be insufficient, resulting in no significant effect. The amount of thermal expansion of the inner diameter of the inner ring obtained at a heating temperature of 80 to 100 ° C, this amount is very sufficient for bearings with general interference.
2, once the required heating temperature is reached, it is necessary to install the bearing as soon as possible, so as to avoid the installation difficulties caused by the cooling of the bearing.
3, when the bearing is cooled, it will also shrink in the width direction, so the installation should apply a certain pressure to the inner ring to the shoulder for compression operation, and after the bearing is cooled with an extremely thin feeler to do a simple test, but also to see whether there is a gap between the inner ring end face and the shoulder.
All in all, the bearing installation requires skillful, rapid and accurate action.
