The effect of anti-rust materials in production and use is related to many factors such as the use of technology and packaging materials, and the anti-rust process occupies a very important position in the quality of anti-rust, should be combined with the actual situation of the unit, the development of anti-rust process, there is a special person responsible, so as to avoid rust caused by process problems. In the process of use, it is often found that the same batch of anti-rust grease with qualified experience will get different anti-rust effects. This situation should be checked by the anti-rust process, if a little neglect, it will cause an accident. Rust prevention processes can be checked from the following points:


● Cleaning: Because the cleaning is not clean, there is moisture, hand sweat or salt on the metal surface, and the anti-rust oil used lacks sufficient displacement, there is a hidden danger of rust. Some use solvent gasoline for cleaning materials, in the solvent gasoline does not add a displacement of anti-rust oil, cleaning and high humidity climate, on the metal surface will produce condensation phenomenon, even before the corrosion of anti-rust oil, if not treated directly coated oil, it will lead to product rust. There is also a failure to prevent rust in time after cleaning, which will also cause the product to rust before being oiled.


● Inspection before oil seal: Metal parts should be inspected before oil seal, must be clean and dry, no rust. After rust removal, the oil seal is carried out according to the rust prevention process to ensure the quality of the oil seal.


● Heating: Some anti-rust grease is thick, can not be dipped or brushed at room temperature, need to be heated and melted before use. If it is not heated at the specified temperature or operated at high temperature for a long time, some additives decompose into harmful corrosives, this anti-rust oil not only loses its anti-rust property, but instead becomes a corrosion accelerator. 4. Storage environment

The storage conditions are good, the rust prevention period is long, and the rust prevention effect is good. On the contrary, the anti-rust period is short, and the anti-rust effect is poor.
